Our Story
Waborah means "Come & See."
It's an invitation.
An invitation to slow down.
To gather.
To celebrate life's moments.
To create spaces where memories are made.
Waborah grew from Jon's longtime love of woodworking and Minna's desire to support and encourage the work he loves to do. What started as a hobby has become a family business built on craftsmanship, creativity, and purpose--creating pieces meant to be used, enjoyed, and remembered.
Every piece we create is handcrafted with care—from cedar planters and garden arbors to personalized gifts and engraved keepsakes that commemorate life's most meaningful occasions.
We believe the things we surround ourselves with should tell a story.
A planter overflowing with flowers welcomes family home.
An arbor becomes the backdrop for weddings, anniversaries, and countless photographs.
A personalized engraving transforms a thoughtful gift into a treasured heirloom.
Every board is carefully selected.
Every cut is intentional.
Every detail reflects the pride we take in creating something that will be cherished for years to come.
Our hope is that when someone receives a piece from Waborah, they don't simply see beautiful craftsmanship—they experience the love, faith, and dedication that inspired it.
Come & See.
See the beauty of handcrafted work.
See the joy of meaningful gifts.
See the places where family gathers.
See the moments that become lasting memories.
Welcome to Waborah.
